Aside from cabana and fire pit reservations, we welcome guests to The Sandbar Village beach bar and tables on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If we are at capacity when you stop by, a member of our team will be happy to add your name to the waitlist. We can't wait to welcome you back to The Sandbar Village for another wonderful summer season!

Rental Rates:

Sandbar Cabana or Firepit Cancellation Policy:
Rentals may be moved to a new date or refunded if proper notice is given 48+ hours in advance of your original reservation arrival time. Cancellation requests may be made via phone or email and must be confirmed with your ICONA event team contact. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the full rental amount will be charged. No additional cancellation fees apply.
In the event the Sandbar Village must cancel your rental, due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or offer the option to secure a new available date.
*Unless another private event has been scheduled, the final reservation of the day will be able to utilize their space until close. Please note, gratuity is not included in the price of your space rental and may be paid to your server directly.
